CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that emergencies happen and schedules change. However, because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we respectfully request the following notice for cancellations or rescheduling: Standard Notice: Please try to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows: Missed appointments with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to a 20 minute or less appointment or 10 minutes late to all others, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This will be treated as a late cancellation and standard fees will apply.
